ABOUT US
We as a family have always loved cars, new, old, nice, not nice, it doesn't matter we love them. My dad always said it doesn't matter if it is a Ferrari or a wore out mini van its someone's pride and joy and they depend on it to keep them going, so that is how we treat every vehicle. My dad grew up working on cars as a hobby, he shared that love and passion with all three of his children. When Tim was 12 he helped him buy a 1966 Charger that needed restoration. They spent the next 10 years restoring it and he still has the car and love it just as much. We love sharing our cars with people and we love when people share them with us!
We love this town, we love this community. Our mom Becky grew up here and our dad Tim grew up in Frenchtown (just outside Missoula). They moved away shortly after being married but when it came to raising their family they knew they wanted to do it in Hamilton, Montana. We love being apart of this community. To be able to provide a service we believe in, that helps the people of this town keep going is why we do what we do.
Our dad drove a truck for a while and had odd jobs like working at parts houses until they saw Lube Quick for sale. It was very small and not well ran. Our dad felt that there was a huge opportunity and could see a future for his family as well as turning a passion into a career. Us kids grew up in this shop watching our dad. This is where Reliance comes into the picture. We have always loved helping people take care of there cars, we always got requests for bigger jobs than just oil changes but Lube Quick runs on 10-15 minute intervals so it just wasn't possible. When Reliance went up for sale it was meant to be and we knew it. It's right out the back door, it was already a well-oiled machine but we knew with time and effort we could make it a part of the Brough family that Lube Quick had become. Now we know that just any car with any need that pulls up to our door can be helped in a fast efficient effective manner.
We take pride in being apart of this community from Becky at the high school to the donations we can give to the community to support local charities, the VA, and everything in-between.

Maggie Petrey
The main drive that gets me to want to wake up and come to work at Lube Quick and or Reliance is the want to continue building and sustain the legacy my dad has founded. I have that same passion and love for working on cars. When I see a customer leave here satisfied and content feeling safe in there vehicle we have just serviced gives me a sense of accomplishment. I like getting to know our customers so when they return you remember certain things about there vehicle or them personally.
Cody Brough
I worked at Lube Quick, Coca-Cola and Als Cylce in high school but moved to Phoenix AZ after I graduated to pursue a career in motorcycle mechanics, I didn't think I would want to live in Hamilton or be apart of the business. After living in Phoenix for three years and finishing school at MMI I had a completely different frame of mind. It really helped me appreciate what I had grown up around. This is a beautiful place filled with great people. I instantly felt a sense of purpose. From day one I have enjoyed helping people and the fact I get to work on cars also is a complete win for me. I take pride in being well rounded in customer service and automotive knowledge. I have grown a lot as person here because of it. I love being a part of this business and what my dad had started, I hope to keep it that way and that it continues on because this is a big part of my life and I work very hard to make him proud. I like seeing people at the grocery store and them seeing me reminds them they need to bring their car in, being able to see a car in a parking lot and knowing who drives it, (we use cars to explain some one that the other family member cant think of "the blue Chevy with the silly antenna" "oh Mike H." I like standing in line and someone asking me about a Becky sign. I feel proud my wife and daughter are referred to as the Brough's from Lube Quick and Reliance. I work everyday and treat people like I would want to see them treated. That how I work and treat people is reflected on to them. I hope to have this business in our family for generations and love being apart of something great in a great place!

Lube Quick is the foundation for why we own Reliance Automotive. When the opportunity arose to buy Reliance we knew it would be a fit because it was one more way of making sure we could fully take care of our customer's vehicles.
